FEES:

If you visit a counseling website and the fees for services aren’t clearly stated on the website, there’s probably a reason for that. Just my two cents.

• $50.00 per session; sessions are ordinarily 50-60min.
• Self-pay only (no insurance billing).

Based on average deductibles and co-pays, it is generally cheaper to use a self-pay service if you anticipate participating in counseling for fewer than six (6) months; if you anticipate longer-term counseling, it is usually cheaper to see a counselor who will bill your insurance.

• Invoicing available.
• Certain low-income individuals may be eligible to receive a hardship discount. If you believe you might qualify, please ask.
• LGBT Grant A limited number of grants are available to cover or reduce the counseling fees of members of the LGBT community.
